CHARLES GLIDEWELL
Pastor
Pastor Charles was called to First Baptist Church in 2011. In addition to his responsibilities as the Senior Pastor, he also writes Sunday school literature for Baptist Way Press and has written devotional material for Smyth and Helwys. His favorite activities include reading, writing, skiing, hiking, going to the beach, and anything that involves spending time with this family. Charles and his wife Lisa Dawn, have three children, Kaitlin, Jonathan, and Jack.​

TIM SMITH
Assistant Pastor
Pastor Tim began his service as the Assistant Pastor at FBC in September 2022. He moved to New Hampshire from New Orleans, Louisiana where he served as Discipleship Pastor at Metairie Church. He is an avid reader and enjoys riding his motorcycle, watching baseball, soccer, hockey and football, as well as spending time with his family. Pastor Tim, his wife Courtney, and son Drew live in Sunapee with their two dogs, Magnolia and Izzie.

Dave was raised in Queens, NY, where his father served as Pastor at the First Presbyterian Church of East Williamsburgh. He attended Lutheran elementary and high schools, and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Theory and Composition from Long Island University in Brooklyn.
Dave has served as Director of Music for several local houses of worship since moving to New Hampshire, including Trinity Episcopal Church and the United Methodist Church, both in Claremont; St. Patrick’s and St. Joachim’s Catholic Parish, in Newport and Sunapee; Shir Shalom Synagogue, in Woodstock, Vermont; and the First Congregational Church of Walpole. He has served as Director of Music at First Baptist Church since 2014.

Dave currently is the Director of Music for the Jenkins Dance Center, of Claremont, and is Choral Accompanist for the Lebanon School District. He and his wife Cindy live in Sunapee, where they raised their five children.
